Baldwin Park Concrete provides concrete contractor services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, decorative concrete, foundation work, retaining walls, pool decks, and concrete cutting. Services are provided in Baldwin Park, CA and surrounding cities in the San Gabriel Valley.
All services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed project contract, the signed contract governs.
All estimates provided by Baldwin Park Concrete are free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Final project pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon in the written estimate. Changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer in writing before work proceeds.
Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. If hidden conditions are discovered during work (such as unstable subgrade, buried debris, or existing structural issues), additional costs may apply and will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and materials. We will confirm your scheduled start date at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the customer is responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including labor, materials ordered or delivered, and permit fees. Cancellation terms specific to each project may be outlined in the written contract.
Payment terms are established in the written estimate or contract for each project. Typical arrangements may include a deposit at the start of work and a final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contract signing.
Payments not received by the due date stated in the contract may be subject to a late fee and may result in a work stoppage until the outstanding balance is settled.
Where required by local ordinance, Baldwin Park Concrete will pull the necessary permits from the City of Baldwin Park or the relevant local authority before work begins. Permit fees are typically passed through to the customer and included in the project estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their property is accessible for any required inspections.
Baldwin Park Concrete warrants its workmanship against defects in labor for a period of one year from the date of project completion, unless a different warranty period is specified in the written contract. This warranty covers defects that arise from our installation work and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, vehicle damage exceeding the rated load capacity, ground movement due to seismic activity, or conditions outside our control.
Concrete is a natural material and minor hairline cracking is a normal characteristic of concrete that does not constitute a defect. Significant cracking that affects structural integrity or water drainage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis during the warranty period.
Materials are warranted only to the extent of the manufacturers warranty, if any. We do not make any additional representations or warranties regarding material performance beyond what is stated in this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baldwin Park Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or in a way that is fraudulent or harmful to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website for any user who violates these terms.
